Miguel Chávez is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Millennium Building Solutions (MBS), a Pennsylvania-based commercial cleaning company providing reliable, high-quality services for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities throughout King of Prussia, Norristown, Philadelphia, and surrounding areas.

With more than 15 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry, Miguel brings deep operational expertise and hands-on leadership to the organization. He began his career at King of Prussia Mall, one of the largest shopping malls in the United States, where he spent over a decade learning every aspect of large-scale facility operations. Starting as a frontline cleaner and advancing to Assistant Manager, Miguel developed a comprehensive understanding of service delivery from the ground up. In his management role, he oversaw daily operations and supervised teams of more than 50 employees in a demanding, high-traffic commercial environment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency at scale.

Miguel later joined Dillon Building Services, where he further strengthened his expertise in facility management, quality control, staff supervision, and client relations. His time there allowed him to refine operational systems, implement performance standards, and manage multi-site service portfolios. He then co-founded Millennium Building Solutions, applying the proven systems and best practices developed throughout his career to build a company focused on consistency, professionalism, and long-term client trust.

Continued strategic growth eventually led to the acquisition and integration of Dillon Building Services into MBS, expanding the company’s service capacity, operational infrastructure, and regional reach. This milestone reflects Miguel’s disciplined approach to growth — focused on stability, scalability, and strengthening the foundation of the business rather than rapid or uncontrolled expansion.
